📢 IMPORTANT: Publication in Frontiers in Public Health
All accepted abstracts will be published in Frontiers in Public Health (conference proceedings).
✓ Requirement 1: Valid regular registration for ECIM 2026
✓ Requirement 2: Presentation according to your modality (in-person for posters/orals; video for experience reports)
⚠️ Abstracts without valid registration and presentation will not be published.
Poster Presentations

📅 Schedule – Will Announce Soon
Day 1: SetupMount your poster between 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
Days 1–4: DisplayPosters remain on display throughout the congress.
Evaluation SessionBe present at your scheduled time (TBA). Present for ~5 minutes and answer questions from the committee.
Day 4: RemovalRemove your poster between 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM. Uncollected posters will be discarded.

- You print; we provide mounting materials on-site.
- Mandatory attendance during your evaluation slot.
- All posters automatically compete for awards.
- Required for Frontiers publication: Registration + Presentation.
