With the congress just around the corner, here are a few key reminders to ensure you’re prepared:
- Presentation Submission: Please upload your presentation through the portal at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
- Review the Schedule: Double-check the final program.
- Stay Connected: Ensure you have our key contact numbers saved.
Important Information & Logistics – Will Announce Soon
- Venue: Riocentro Convention Center – Av. Salvador Allende, 6555 – Gate C, Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro.
- Opening Day (Oct 15): Pre-congress activities from 8:00-17:00. Official Opening 18:00-19:30.
- Cultural Activities: Performances and networking after opening ceremony.

- Registration & Speaker Amenities: VIP Lounge available for speakers and chairs.
- Congressman Kit: Available at the VIP Room/Media Desk.
Presentations & Timing
- You may use your own notebook. Screen format is 16:9 widescreen.
- Regular Panels: 15 minutes per speaker.
- Oral Presentations of Papers: 10 minutes per presentation.
- Session Chairs: 5 minutes for opening remarks.
- Official Language: English.
Q&A Format
- Plenary Sessions: Questions will be asked live using a microphone.
