Oral Presentation (Full Paper) Submission Rules
1. General Rules
- Submission of the Oral Presentation (Full Paper) will only be accepted through the online system. Abstracts sent via email will not be accepted.
- All authors’ full names, titles, affiliated institutions, and contact information must be entered completely in the system.
- Full paper submissions will not be accepted without prior submission of the oral presentation abstract.
- The deadline for full paper submission is September 10, 2025.
- The oral presentation should not exceed 10 minutes. Detailed information about the oral presentation will be communicated to the authors after the acceptance process.
2. Full Paper Writing Guidelines
Each paper should be structured under the following headings:
- Title: Should clearly reflect the content of the study, be concise and to the point. The first letter of each word should be capitalized; except for special cases, the entire title should not be in all caps.
- Introduction (Aim): The purpose of the study, research question, and the importance of the topic should be clearly stated. This section should explain why the topic was researched and its place in the literature.
- Material and Methods: The methods used, sample size, research process, measurement tools, and analysis techniques should be described in detail and clearly. For experimental studies, ethics committee approval must be mentioned.
- Results: Key findings should be presented clearly and quantitatively. Although the use of tables and graphs is encouraged, a simple and clear expression is preferred in the text. Only the main findings should be shared; detailed data analysis is not required in the abstract section.
- Conclusion: The scientific contribution, practical implications, and recommendations of the study should be clearly stated. The conclusion should be consistent with the aim stated in the introduction.
3. Technical Specifications
- The full paper text should be at least 2000 and no more than 3500 words (excluding title, author names, institutions, tables, and figures).
- Times New Roman, 11 pt font, with 1.5 line spacing should be used.
- Paragraphs should have spacing between them but no indentation.
- The full paper must be submitted as a PDF through the online system.
4. Evaluation Process
- Participants who wish to submit a full paper must first submit an abstract. The acceptance status will be communicated by August 20, 2025, after the evaluation of the oral presentation abstract. Full papers must be uploaded by September 10, 2025.
Full papers will also undergo peer review.
